Do you prefer to speak to one of our employees? You can reach them on business days from 8.30 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm via +31 (0)30 221 21 21.

Complaints

Is your answer not answered after contacting one of our employees or do you have a complaint about the webshop, our service, your online order or product? Please contact us via the email address webshop@louwmanexclusive.nl. Provide the following information for a quick and correct handling of your complaint: your full name, address, place of residence and, if applicable, the order number¹.

You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your complaint by email. We strive to contact you by telephone or email the next business day to find a solution together. You will receive an substantive response from us within 14 business days.

If you feel that your complaint has not properly dealt with, you can contact the Disputes Committee via their website.You can also use alternative dispute resolution via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This is a platform set up by the EU for all consumers within Europe.
