The deep dark engine sound immediately tells you what is in front of you. A lightweight British classic sports car with a V8 engine. From 2001 to 2003, the iconic Morgan Plus 8 was delivered with the 4-liter Rover V8 engine. After that unfortunately the V8 engine was no longer available in a classic Morgan. Considering its age, the Morgan offered here is of naturally a so-called Long-Door type that has been in production since 1998, and offered more interior space than its smaller predecessor. Getting in and out is also considerably easier because the door opening is a few centimeters wider.
This car is finished in a bright silver metallic colour and has the large 16-inch wire wheels and full-width bumpers. The roof is made of black mohair, just like the tonneau cover. Furthermore, the Morgan is equipped with a luggage rack with side screen storage, a badge bar and extra spotlights. Black leather has been chosen in the interior and a beautiful Kauffelt dashboard has been fitted, which is equipped with toggle switches and classic indicator lights. The MotoLita steering wheel fits in beautifully and makes it complete. The hood tensioners make it considerably easier to mount the roof. All in all a beautiful Morgan with the popular V8 engine, in a beautiful condition and with a low mileage.
